We have tried to answer some of the most common questions that people have. If you have a question that is not addressed here or need further information, please do not hesitate to contact us.
A: If you have a back or lower limb problem you will often need to wear a pair of loose fitting shorts (do not worry if you do not have a pair as we have lots to fit all shapes and sizes!).
If you have an upper limb or neck problem it will be necessary to remove your top layer, we therefore advise females to wear a thin strapped vest top or a 'sensible' bra.
A: Many policies will cover you for physiotherapy treatment however some will require you to pay an excess.
It is advisable to contact your insurance company and find out if you are covered. They may also require that you obtain a referral from your GP prior to your first appointment.

Q: Will physiotherapy be able to help me?
A: Physiotherapy can help with most muscle, joint and nerve problems, but we will tell you if an alternative treatment or referral to a doctor would be a better course of action for you.
